Problems with your order? 
We take great care to ensure that all the products we offer for sale are of high quality. If, after delivery, you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please contact us immediately with a clear and full explanation of your complaint. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of any defect to clarify the problem.  Following a justifiable complaint, we will discuss appropriate ways of resolving the problem. This may involve the manufacturer or us sending you a replacement part, or you returning the goods to us in exchange for a refund of the purchase price. All goods must be repackaged securely in their original packaging. You will not be charged for any return delivery costs. Your rights against us shall be limited to your rights to the return of your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of your order and returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (also formerly known as EU Distance Selling Directive).
This applies to Multi fuel Stoves, spare parts, accessories and Towel Rails. It does not apply to Cast Iron Radiators or Towel Radiators with Cast Iron inserts which are bespoke, non-cancellable items.

You have the right to cancel your order or any part of it within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period by email or letter, and, at your own cost, return the goods to us within 21 working days of delivery. Please note that goods must be returned in brand new condition, complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions intact. The goods belong to you from the point at which they are delivered to you. It is therefore your responsibility to get them back to us in perfect condition; you are therefore advised to arrange suitable insurance for the goods in transit.

The goods are returned at your own expense.

This is a strict timescale and we do not accept returns outside of these timescales.

Upon receipt of the goods we will check them to ensure that they are unused and in brand new condition. Once verified, we will refund you the price you originally paid less any carrier charge if we have organised this on your behalf. If the goods are damaged or lost in transit and an insurance claim is required, then the insurance excess will also be deducted from your refund. If the goods are not in brand new condition for resale, we will, at our discretion, make appropriate deductions from the refund value to reflect this.


All our stoves are avilable for free delivery within 3 to 5 working days for addresses in England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

We suggest that you order for delivery in advance of your fitter's arrival and thoroughly check that all items ordered are delivered. Thankfully, mis-deliveries and shortages on an order are rare, but mistakes can happen and a little time between order receipt and fitter's arrival allows for any problems to be resolved.
